Katy Jamieson
Katy Jamieson joined Bernard Clarke & Co Solicitors in 2002 and was admitted to the Solicitors' Roll in 2006. Katy has a broad range of experience in litigation.
In Personal Injury matters she acted on behalf of Alan Hudson, the ex-Chelsea and England footballer.
Following the Paddington Rail disaster she acted on behalf of Pam Warren and other victims and also bereaved relatives in one of the largest claims on record under the Fatal Accidents Act 1975.
Katy has also assisted Bernard Clarke in his role as a solicitor to the English Liquidation Committee of BCCI SA and the successful settlement initiative with the ex-employees of BCCI SA.
Katy also assisted in proceedings which resulted in an order to discontinue the litigation brought by the liquidators of BCCI SA against the Bank of England.
In insurance underwriting Katy has a broad range of underwriting commercial litigation cases for after the event insurance.
